High speed Starlink wireless internet keeps you connected and your favorite streaming services are available on the smart TV. Wander down just a few steps to the river to enjoy passing wildlife at the end of the day, or take a stroll to the Mendenhall Wetlands trailhead, merely 300 yards from the doorstep. The 3 mile trail is maintained year round, and is great for walking or running. The airport is a 10-15 minute walk or a 1 minute drive. Coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping is also walking distance away. Mendenhal Glacier visitors center is a 10 minute drive. Plenty of parking in the paved driveway.

This property is very nice. You viewed the river and mountains every morning with your coffee. Everything is new. The furnishing are comfortable and the atmosphere is relaxing. Location is convenient and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We stayed here June 21 thru June 24th after a week fishing trip. We enjoyed the relaxing and clean atmosphere of this property. Thankyou
