It's on a quiet road only a 5-min. drive to the beach at Playa Negra, & 15-min. drive to Playa Avellanas or Blanca. It is also a 10-minute walk to a small mini-mart and 15 minutes to some of the best restaurants in the area. The property is secure with locked gates.
