Our second-story, two-bedroom apartment offers a peaceful stay with a view of the backyard pool oasis. Whether you're here to unwind by the shared pool or explore the city, you’re just a 10-minute walk from the Cincinnati Zoo and Children’s Hospital.

Your hosts live onsite in the main home with our eight friendly resident cats. But don’t worry — the apartment is completely pet allergen-free, as no animals are permitted in the guest space.

Inside, you’ll find:

A primary bedroom with a king-size bed, closet space, and natural light

A second bedroom with two queen beds, great for kids or additional guests

A full bathroom with a large soaking tub and separate shower, plus a convenient half bath

A fully equipped kitchen (minus stovetop) and open living area for relaxing or dining in

A cozy office/reading nook—perfect for remote work or quiet time

In-unit washer and dryer for added convenience

Guests also enjoy free onsite parking, fast Wi-Fi, and access to a shared backyard and pool area, located just below the apartment. All this within walking distance to the zoo and children’s hospital

Guests have access to all shared outdoor areas surrounding the apartment, including the pool, decks, and grill area. There's also an Oasis Restroom located just inside the main house, near the pool, for guest use during outdoor activities.

There are pool toys and floats located on the pool deck. Pool towels can be found inside the Oasis Restroom.

We have eight resident cats who reside on site with Jeffrey and Nicole.
