The apartment was spacious and bright, exactly like the pictures. It was a very relaxing quiet stay. The beds were comfortable. The master ensuite very large. Large kitchen. Great balcony view. Beautiful industrial decor. Easy walking distance to restaurants, Bricktown, the City Centre Music Hall, and the botanical gardens.When we arrived, it was a little confusing on how to enter the property and access the lockboxes. We did get a quick response and were directed to the individual garage door, which was helpful. The only reason this location is getting 3 stars is the safety concern. We were informed ahead of time that the elevator was not working and would be fixed by our arrival date. Unfortunately the elevator remained unfixed throughout our stay necessitating that we use the back entrance (2 flights of stairs) to enter the apartment unit. The heavy steel door to the unit (excellent for fire safety) just had a deadbolt, no handle. So in order to lock the door once we were inside, we had to hook a hanger around the deadbolt so we could hold the door closed to turn the lock.Also, if you need to get inside the building quickly, having to wait until the garage door opens and closes is not the greatest, so something to keep in mind especially if you are female.Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and as long as the elevator is working that should eliminate a lot of the issues. Otherwise, I would have rated this location a 4.5/5.
