WELCOME! This is a business-ready homestay.

Enjoy a coffee and a read here, or laze in the garden. The bird song early in the morning is lovely! A horse might be heard rustling in the far corners during the day.

The LIVING area has large windows, it also has a large wall mounted TV.
Prime Video can be viewed if you hold an account.

The KITCHEN is equipped with glasses, crockery, cutlery, cooking pots, pans and utensils. It has a kettle, ceramic stove top, oven, sandwich maker, all to assist you to self-cater to your needs.

The BATHROOM is up the stairs, ensuite and private, only accessible through your bedroom.
You have access to the shower, bath and toilet with a vanity mirror.

The BEDROOM fits a double bed, bedding and pillows are provided, as well as towels. It also features a built-in wardrobe and shelving.

LAUNDRY:
You are free to use the washing machine and sundry laundry items.
You have an allocated outdoor clothesline with pegs for guests' exclusive use.
For hygiene and safety, all your personal products or items are to be kept in your space, rather than in the laundry area, after you've finished.

The shared laundry stores an iron and an ironing board, also for guests' exclusive use.

You have SEPARATE entry doors for your privacy and convenience.

Mail/Parcel Delivery:
Sadly, we do not allow any mail/parcels to be delivered using our address. As "Short-term rental guests", any mail you want to receive, can use the post office nearby for delivery. Any unexpected mail/parcels will be returned to sender.

We provide basic cookware for our guests.
Guests can upgrade to nicer quality cookware, but we take a deposit for that.

To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we have provided an initial starter pack but these may not be enough for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies.
