Dispose of all trash in the outside garbage can & secure lid Set all 3 mini splits to 72 if in air condition mode & 62 if in heat mode. Turn off electric fireplace Lock the door

If traveling with pets, please dispose of all dog waste

We have fallen in love with these mountains ❤️ Duron & I enjoy working our little farm 🐥🐐 spoiling our critters and working in our garden ❤️ We love having the opportunity to share our mountain with travelers and goal for each of our guests to have a memorable adventure when they come visit, taking home memories to last a lifetime ❤️

The views, the weather, the seasons & the community. Everyone on our street is there for each other if the need arises, but everyone respects each others privacy! We couldn’t ask for better community ❤️

Close enough to venture out but private enough to enjoy the seclusion!
