We are situated in a quiet neighborhood, only a five block walk from beautiful Jacksonville Beach. Relax and enjoy the beach life with this newly renovated single-family house. Congregate in the large open family room or retreat to one of the four comfortable bedrooms. This beach escape includes an outdoor shower, lots of beach equipment and space for the whole family. Close to the Mayo Clinic, The TPC at Sawgrass, dining, shopping and nightlife at the Beaches Town Center.

FAMILY ROOM:
Relax and make memories with the whole family in our bright and open, comfortably appointed living room. There’s ample seating between the sofa, loveseat, arm chair and pom stools to play games around the coffee table, watch movies or bring your game console and plug into the provided HDMI cable for each TV.

FULL KITCHEN:
A chef’s delight, the kitchen is equipped with a drawer microwave, and Samsung dishwasher, glass top range (with no-preheat air fry), range hood, and Samsung Bespoke refrigerator (with regular and small “craft ice” cubes), pot filler over the range, toaster, counter air fryer and Ninja blender. The coffee bar includes an electric kettle, electric coffee grinder, coffee maker (with k-cup brewer) and french press pot. The sink features a motion activated faucet and air switch disposal. Cups, mugs, plates, bowls and flatware are all included.

SUN ROOM:
Have fun and make lasting memories in the air conditioned Florida room which adjoins Bedroom 1. Now housing a 7ft billiards table, ceiling fan and bar table and seating, it’s a great place to enjoy some friendly competition.

RELAXATION:
All bedrooms are equipped with a ceiling fan, nebula/star projector, alarm clock/white noise maker, smart TV with HDMI cable and convenient power outlet, lounge chair or desk and office chair, lamp(s), full-length mirror, room darkening curtains, decorative hanging plant, laundry basket, luggage valet and closets with hangers and/or drawers for clothes.

BEDROOM 1
The main suite features a luxurious king bed, an en-suite bathroom and a mirrored vanity. It also has two bedside tables and lamps with plugs and USB sockets.

BEDROOM 2
This spacious room features a cozy queen (cabinet) bed and full sofa bed with thick foam mattress topper. It also boasts a dedicated work space with monitors and USB-C dock.

BEDROOM 3
The bunk room contains a full-over-full bunk bed, each with its own reading/night light.

BEDROOM 4
The large secondary bedroom houses a comfortable queen bed and a queen cabinet bed with a cloud-like foam mattress topper.

BATHROOMS:
Each bathroom features lighted makeup mirrors, makeup specific cloths, non-slip bath mats, hair dryers, exhaust fans, curved shower curtain rods, and shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles.

BATHROOM 1
Attached to the main suite, this bathroom features a walk-in shower with double shower heads, grab bars and a foot rest.

BATHROOM 2
The central, second bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combo and large vanity with waterfall faucet.

LAUNDRY:
We have a ‘large family tested’ extra large capacity Samsung washer and dryer, iron and board, garment steamer and collapsible drying rack for beach towels

OUTDOOR SPACES:
A grill patio is conveniently located in the front of the house, as well as a seating area with a pair of chairs, pair of benches and a table. A stepping stone pathway leads to the outdoor shower area featuring a solar heated shower with removable spray head and foot wash. The space is enclosed behind the fence and has a privacy screen.
