Welcome to The Cryptid Ranch, your cozy hideaway in the woods—where folklore comes to life and mystery meets comfort. Nestled in the pines, (with sightings of Bigfoot allegedly), this unique home is designed for believers, skeptics, and the cryptid-curious alike.
What Makes It Legendary:
Themed Rooms: Each room pays homage to a famous cryptid—Bigfoot, Mothman, UFO, our very own Flatwoods Monster, and Gray Barker. (yep, Cryptozoology does run in our Barker blood.)
AWD is needed for driveway!

The property is a manufactured doublewide that has recently been remodeled. You're less than 3.5 miles from I-79 and 10 minutes from Holly Gray Park, the town of Sutton, Sutton Lake, etc. The property features 4 bedrooms - Primary (bigfoot room) has a king bed and its own bathroom. You'll find both the Mothman and Flatwoods Monster rooms to have queen beds, and the Alien Room has a full. We also offer a roll away cot for any extra guest. There's an inflatable hot tub on the back deck ready to enjoy.
This property does require all wheel drive to get up the driveaway.

While the property does have a pool, sheds, and a cellar, they are all locked for insurance purposes.

This property is our family property - the homestead of Gray Barker. 👻 🛸👽

What makes this property unique

We created a cryptid theme home because of the area we're located in. Between the Flatwoods Monster, our great uncle, Gray, Bigfoot, Mothman, and the Trans Alleghany Lunatic Asylum being close, it seemed like a great idea to us. You're only a few short minutes from Sutton Lake, I-79, Holly Gray Park, the town of Sutton, 50 minutes from Clarksburg, and 30 minutes from Summersville.
