You have your own private beach, boat ramp, dock, chickee hut. One Bedroom house, queen size bed and sleeper couch. Full kitchen, Central Air, Breathtaking Sunsets
Balcony overlooking the bay. Kayaks & paddle boards are included with the rental. Great location for a Keys Beach Wedding.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Put keys back in mailbox where you picked them up
Close gate when you depart the property
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not leave paddle board, kayaks or paddles on the beach, they may float away. Make sure you put them near the chickee hut.
Please put all kayaks and paddle board back on the "A" frame stand and put paddles in bucket before leaving property
Put keys and gate controller in black mailbox, clean out refrigerator-freezer and put all garbage in the garbage cans under the house when you depart
