The house was beautiful and great location. The management company was terrible with communication. We emailed prior asking for details regarding what was provided with no answer. Called the morning after arrival as the kitchen was missing towels, sponge, coffee filters, salt and pepper - basic starter kit, toilet paper missing from bathrooms and hand soap missing also. They claimed that they don't provide hand soap and would drop off missing items. 24 hours with no drop off. Called again. Also emailed. They dropped off a few bath towels - not the missing kitchen items. I emailed after we checked out asking if they would call before I wrote a review so that I could share our disappointment and they didn't call at all. Bathrooms were missing waste baskets and the towels were like those from a cheap motel. Though the home was beautiful, furniture, appliances and dishes well done - the items provided by the management company and their lack of communication was a continued problem during our stay. Though we loved the house, we won't rent from someone using this management company again.
