Chad is a great host. His attention to detail was very much appreciated. The property was beautiful, spotless and well stocked. Excellent location, near shopping and loved the view of the River. My wife and I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend.

Just a great space for the two of us for a week. Chad thought of everything we needed and even put a few helpful items in the fridge. Nice and quiet and well appointed.

The owner was a great and very accomodating host. The apartment was well appointed, clean, and beautifully decorated. Kitchen had all the appliances to make the stay enjoyable. Plenty of towels, clean up graded bathroom with a great rain shower. Bed was very comfortable and plenty of good pillows. We would stay again!

There’s a reason this place has an amazing rating! Chad is the most generous host - going above and beyond for his guests! The condo was tidy and comfortable. I stayed there for a week while working in the area. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at one of Chad’s places again.

Lovely property very convenient location. Quiet and clean. The parking was convenient. The kitchen is well stocked, but if you prefer not to cook there are nearby restaurants and many DoorDash options. The apartment is located on the second floor, which worked well for me. However, if you have mobility issues, it may be difficult to access since there are no elevators. There are laundry facilities in the building, but not in the individual unit. The host was very responsive. There are many thoughtful details, including beach towels, and chairs. I would definitely stay there again if my travels bring me back to the area.

We loved our stay here! Chad was a very communicative and thoughtful host. We were able to check in early to an immaculately clean condo. The balcony view was wonderful, the kitchen the area felt safe, the neighbors were quiet, and the reserved parking spot was near the stairs for easy access. We will definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area.
