Forgive me Brian but, you stayed in our place for 13 nights. You simply could have requested extra utensils and heat adjustment and i would have gladly done it for you. As for the heat, you have your own thermostat in the unit. You could have adjust it to your liking or at least ask me to do it for you. Instead, you just didn't say a word and decided to give a 3 stars rating. Sometimes communication can take care of a lot of issues. If you contacted me and i responded to your request, you would have had a better and more comfortable stay. That's why i love people with sense of humor.
