Manila Condo with a view

We arrived New Years Day and met by owners rep to hand off the key and to show us the Condo despite it being a holiday. Nice and clean and functional with extras we would not appreciate the first day there – but we realized later their value. 1)The washer-dryer inside condo despite the dry-cleaner laundry downstairs, allowed small items to be washed and dried in hours. 2) The restaurant on the 6th floor with free delivery and the café downstairs gave us food without leaving the property. 3) Great location close to Makati with excellent security and easy access to Grab and Taxi services. A special THANKS to Rebecca for going the extra mile to make our stay great. We complained about the TV not working correctly, and the VERY NEXT day she came to install a brand NEW 50 inch flat screen for us to enjoy the month we stayed there. She was just a phone call away for any questions. So we recommend this location and will gladly book it again when in Manilla. Thank you, Rebecca.

Worst booking experience I have ever had in my life. I booked this place online. When I booked, it didnt show the exact address, it only showed the location on the map. (which is where I wanted to be). However after I booked, the address was then displayed, but it was on the other side of the city, no where near where I wanted to be. But the booking was non refundable. Furthermore, this is a condo, (rented by an individual owner), however no info was given to me as to which building it was, or what the room number was, nor was any info left with security as to my booking. I was not able to get into the room and had to book somewhere else. Also the pictures are not accurate and this place is dirty and not very nice. And if that wasnt bad enough, I was double billed for this place! Stay away from this place at all costs!
