This gorgeous 4 bedroom home features 2 primary suites with queen beds (on first and second floor), 2 large twin bunk beds, 1 full bed, and 1 full size sleeper sofa located in the game room, perfect for a peaceful getaway for a family of 12!! With 4 bathrooms, 3 equipped with showers or tub combos, and a lovely outdoor shower for guests to enjoy after a fun filled day at the beach! Only a 4 minute walk to private beach access! Take in the gorgeous views of the sunset over the Sound on upper and lower decks, while enjoying meals with family and friends at our 12 person outdoor table! A game room just off the 1st floor offers board games, puzzles and an air hockey table! Old fashioned archade game COMING SOON!! Kickback, relax, and cozy up while roasting smores around our firepit, or watch a few games of cornehole from our 2 hammock swings! Enjoy a few rounds of pingpong or life size connect 4, in our game area under the house! Perfect for a rainy day! Two beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, and sand toys provided! Bath towels, and linens also provided to make your packing lighter! There is a baby gate and pack-n-play for your convenience as well! Our home is located directly across from Hatteras Watersport rentals, ideal for jet ski, kayak, and paddle board enthusiasts! Take a liesurely bike ride down the tri-village bike path located directed across from house! Only a 4 minute bike or drive from the Salvo Day Use area, which is perfect for families with small children, leashed pets welcome there as well! Water is calm and shallow there, great for swimming, floating in tubes, snorkeling, and paddle boarding. Take a day trip to Hatteras and ride the free ferry to Ocracoke or head to Roanoke and try your hand at their old fashioned bow lathe! Spend your THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS (will have Christmas tree and decorations) or ring in the New Year in Paradise!! Hello guests, we are the Klotz family, Jessica, Dave, Joshua, and our pup Dexter! We live in South Jersey, but the love of the beach has drawn us to the beautiful shores of Salvo over and over again! So much so, that we decided to purchase our own slice of paradise. This quaint town takes us back to years past when beach towns were all about community, lazy beach days, fishing the day away, watersports and good food! We hope that you enjoy our home and town as much as we do!
