Enjoy the convenience of private beach access through the picturesque Pensacola Pavilion. Parking is available directly in front of the cottage, with additional spaces nearby along scenic 30A. A short stroll down a quaint, tree-lined path leads you straight into the heart of Celebration, adding to the cottage’s appeal and walkability.

Upon entering the cottage, you’ll discover a cozy sleeping area featuring a comfortable queen bed and a private full bathroom complete with a relaxing Jacuzzi tub. This level also includes a flat-screen TV and a stackable washer and dryer for added convenience.

Upstairs, the bright and functional kitchen is equipped with a mid-size refrigerator, stove, and microwave, ideal for preparing simple meals. The adjacent living room offers a twin sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy dining area that seats three. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or evening breeze. The cottage also features a spacious side porch, beautifully furnished with a classic porch swing and additional seating—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. An outdoor shower is available as well, making it easy to rinse off the sand before heading inside. Experience Seaside at Celebration!

Really fantastic experience. The company is so personable, great communication, and met us in person to let us into our condo and show us around. The condo was clean and had the basics for what we needed. We loved being so close to the beach. I would have loved a hand vacuum to get some sand we tracked in, but that's my only criticism. Truly wonderful. Would love to rent from Homeowner Collection again.

Very relaxing

Celebration was a great getaway for my wife and I for a few days. We found it to be perfect for two people. Everything you really need is just a short walk away and the atmosphere was very laid back the relaxed. We would definitely stay again.

Seaside 1/2 Marathon, girls get-away, vacay

Me and my two girlfriends stayed here for four days and loved the entire experience, from our cute little cottage to the quaint surroundings of Seaside and the beautiful Gulf. Perfect location and darling little house

I was so happy with the location and access to the beach (right across the street) I have nothing bad to say about this location and house. Perfect for a couple or three adults. My mom, sister and I stayed there perfectly comfortable. Would be super excited to stay here again.
