Beautiful River Valley Home on Working Tree Farm!
This story and a half home sits on the Iverson Tree Farm in the Beautiful Minnesota River Valley. North of Belview and South of Sacred Heart. The sunrise and sunset are absolutely amazing, along with the wildlife. You will see deer roaming while you are in the peaceful outdoors. A very relaxing atmosphere with county and state parks in the area. Along with the Grandview Valley Winery right across the section. You will have all the comforts of home in this quaint home! Enjoy the patio on the north side of the home. Visit us during the Fall and Christmas season as well. You can enjoy the Fall Festival and Christmas Traditions of the farm!

We were born and raised in this beautiful area of southern Minnesota. It is a peaceful and calming place, perfect for maximum relaxation and views of nature and all the animals that inhabit this farm and river valley! We love to host and help you feel at home!
Why they chose this property
The home sits on a working Tree Farm and Nursery. You will get to see from a distance the work that may pass you by while you sit out and relax. There is Deer and Wild Turkey's that make their appearance quite often. There is a local winery, Grandview Winery and Rivendale Whiskey bar right across the section with great food and beverages.
What makes this property unique
Not often do you get to stay on a real live working farm. Although the house is set off to one side of the property just beyond the front doors you may choose to experience this tree farm and the beauty is holds. During the Fall and Christmas Seasons we offer a Fall Festival in September and October and host many Christmas traditions starting at Thanksgiving time.
