Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is private & quiet, with very little drive by traffic. Some of my neighbors live there full time. It is very low key, classy neighborhood.

The property is unique becuase it is decorated with taste and beach appeal. It is the perfect place to kick back and relax on a vacation.
