We had a fantastic stay this past weekend! The place was spotless, in a super convenient location, and exactly as described. The host was also excellent with communication, quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. Would absolutely recommend and would love to stay again!

We celebrated the Holidays where our kids and I came into Atlanta from out of state to meet in the middle. This house was perfect for what we needed. The host was welcoming. There was plenty of parking for our family. It was close to everywhere we wanted to go. The house had everything we needed including plenty of kitchen cookware and utensils. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to be close to Atlanta.

We spent two nights here and it was great. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped, including a coffee and tea set up that made it easy to get started. The backyard was great for our dog and the location of the house was convenient for where we were going in Atlanta. The house is a short drive from grocery and other stores. It’s only 4 or 5 houses from I-20 so there’s some traffic noise but you don’t really notice if inside the house. I highly recommend this house as a comfortable (and spotless!) base to use in the Kirkwood/East Atlanta area.

Gorgeous interior; excellent communication; expansive space; steep interior stairs; comfortable beds; excellent location in proximity to restaurants/ attractions/ downtown Atlanta, but the actual street of the residence was just okay that was on a very narrow, dead-end street; The oven was extremely slow. It took forever to bake anything in the electric/induction oven; house lacked a lot of essential amenities like a mop, dust pan, cleaner, blender, and an extra set of towels for each guest. Property grounds needed a good cleaning-couldn't enjoy the deck due to it being dirty and covered in cobwebs, although I offered to clean due to my allergies toward spiders; upkeep of the master bath's shower needed attention as well as a leak from the 2nd floor. My family felt very safe in the neighborhood. Overall, it was still a good stay, but would probably not stay here again unless these issues were addressed.

This home worked great for our family! The rooms were all clean. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked with appliances and utensils. The hosts were communicative throughout the process and we had no issues at all. We would definitely stay again next time we’re in town.
