Great location and a comfortable clean apartment. Only recommended improvement would be to have better Internet. Internet was weak and spotty. Otherwise, very nice stay and I would stay there again.
We stayed for a long weekend trip to see a Brewers game. It was the perfect location for exploring the city, walkable to just about everything. The apartment complex was very quiet which was perfect for the two of us. One thing I would note is to plan ahead for parking. We had to pay quite a bit of money over the weekend to park our car.
The apartment was very clean, well stocked, and exactly as listed. The host is very responsive and all directions are very clear. I only gave 3 stars because there was a big issue with the fob not working. The fob is needed for entry to the building, elevator, and apartment.
A friend and I were looking for a place to stay that felt safe and this place was the right spot. Secured entry, lighted hallways, and fob access to floors only. Studio apartment perfect for 2.
This is a great location for a couple or solo traveler attending a conference at the Baird Center! Super convenient to Baird, and easy access to shopping, riverfront, restaurants, etc. The building has great architecture, and is nicely finished on the interior with wide hallways, and the fitness center is open and clean. Also, very low vehicle and pedestrian traffic in the area, so evenings are quiet outside. The studio is well equipped with a nice fridge, full size oven and stove, great kitchen workspace and a small dish washer. Basically everything you need for an extended stay. The big bathroom has full size washer and dryer as well - super convenient when you need them. The office area and living room is also well layered out and comfortable. The sleeping area and bed is also nice. The bed was comfortable and there were several choices for pillows with different firmness - something I really appreciate when I travel. If I had a gripe, it is that the metal bed frame was squeaky - not a huge deal for a solo traveler.Communication with the host was fast, polite, and efficient. What else could you want? Overall, I would gladly return to this location when I’m back in MKE.
