4 Bedroom 1 &1/2 bath house on heavily wooded property. When you're stuck indoors due to weather, you won't be lacking in this house. With an outdoor wooded fire-pit, Charcoal grill and hot tub, along with plenty of woods to explore. Indoors you'll have a fully stocked kitchen with dining area. A cozy living room with a 70" smart tv and coffee bar. Three bedrooms upstairs and double bunk bedroom the downstairs bedroom. A washer/dryer for your use and downstairs game room complete with pool table, ping pong, fooseball, chess and checker table. Buck Hunter, Giant Jenga, Giant Connect 4, Tic Tac Toe, Darts, poker, games, puzzles, karoke, 55" smart tv and more!!
Trail 1 is a couple blocks away and you can ride from the house.
There is plenty of parking in the long, double driveway.
*Please note: Hot tub maintenance comes every second day of your reservation to clean and sanitize the hot tub. *House fees are for up to 8 guests. An additional fee of $20 per person per night over 8 guests up to 10
