We enjoyed our stay! The complimentary coffee, tea, and even toothbrushes and toothpaste was a nice touch. Everything was clean and as described. It is within walking distance of both the red and green lines so it was easy for our family of 6 to get into the city. Communication was great. We would stay here again!

Really nice apartment. There was 4 in our party and there was ample room. Great location if you are going to the Shedd Aquarium or the Field Museum, a 20-30 minute walk (the walk is easy). Also just a few block east of Chinatown and Koreatown (Great restaurants). Only issue we had was there were no towels when we arrived, quick call to the host and that was fixed.

Easy walk to McCrmick Place. The host was very responsive and attended our needs immediately. Traveling with 4 adults and 3 kids for a volleyball tournament made it convenient and comfortable.

Great stay - close to McCormack Place. Chess Records on the next block. Great big windows with a great view. Can see White Sox stadium from the window. Close to a lot of things. Everything looks as pictured. Bed was comfortable. Living room and kitchen were both great. Really enjoyed my stay here. Would stay again.

We didn’t have towels when we got to our room. The host told us they would be delivered, and when we returned home for the night there still were no towels. Went down to the lobby as asked security to get us some. He gave them to us in a trash bag… also would recommend a better parking system due to being on the located on a Main Street. It was difficult parking on the street to go inside to the parking key and then crossing through traffic. Otherwise I loved our stay and the views we had from our room!

The unit was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable and we felt secure in the building. After we left we realized my son's wallet was missing and we determined it had fallen between the couch cushions. I contacted the host immediately and they were able to locate it and ship it to us. No complaints. We will definitely see if the space is available the next time we are in Chicago.
