Overall we were disappointed… This is in a basement, it has a musty smell, and the ac in one of the rooms is not vented outside, unless you open a door… which we were not comfortable with. Location is good, convenient for moving around the city.

The apartment is on the ground and basement and is displayed clearly in the pictures as it has a garden !! The cleaning team met you and gave you the tour and you failed to mention any smells ( which could have been easily rectified ). I suspect this could be because you were angling for a discount and did not get any
