We had a great visit to Chicago. The property was exactly as described and was the perfect size and location for our stay. Lots of shopping in the area! Short walk to train station so we could get around the city very easily. Communication with the host was excellent. We had many questions and a bit of trouble figuring out how to enter the parking garage, and all inquiries were answered quickly!When we return to Chicago and are in need of a place to stay, we will definitely rebook!

Excellent! We stayed for a week as a group of 7 friends reuniting in Chicago from the US and Europe. This was the perfect place; the location in Old Town and the size of the apartment.The host was responsive and accommodating.I would definitely stay here again.

The overall property was nice and clean. Perfect set up for our group. Downside was the power went out for the living area and one bedroom. It was not corrected during our stay, which means we had no access to the tv, and one guest room had no power to plug in phone or lights. Would have been nice to have received some form of compensation or offering for our inconvenience.

This was the easiest stay I’ve had. All instructions on check-in were very helpful and seamless. Everything is done through your cell phone which makes the stress of having keys nonexistent. The place was clean and very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again when I come back to Chicago.

Our stay was disappointing. There were many issues with the unit, such as: a tv that didn't work, no remote, and a broken kitchen sink faucet. Additionally, the "accessible" shower kept backing up, and didn't drain. Because it's a roll-in shower, water got all over the bathroom floor and into the bedroom on our personal items, and we had to use all of our towels to wipe it up.Communication took a while with the management team, and maintenance didn't arrive for a long time after reporting the issues. While the TV issue was fixed, the drain issue was left to us to solve - all maintenance did was drop off a bottle of Drain-O. For US to use. While the management team was kind enough to accommodate a complimentary late check out, we still felt that there were plenty of other opportunities for improvement. Overall, a lackluster experience.

We enjoyed this property very much! It was perfect for our adult children to have separate rooms with individual temperature controls. The neighborhood was lovely and we felt safe walking around outside. The suggested nearby parking garage worked well for our large vehicle. The communication prior to check in and during check in was great. Our person that helped us at check in was knowledgeable and gave us food recommendations. He even helped us work through a small tech glitch. We would stay at this property again!

We found this property the week before our trip and due to location and cost, cancelled our other rental and rented this Unit. After back and forth communication with Anthony, we felt comfortable paying the full amount since it was after the refund cancellation date. The VRBO was so much more than we imagined. We felt so lucky to have found it. Check in was easy and the Latch app was easy to use. The Unit was very comfortable. A few issues with squeaky doors that need a little WD40 and a dishwasher that needs to be more efficient but overall would give this VRBO property a 5 stars and stay there again!
