The Space:

After a day in the great outdoors, kick back in the inviting living room for a movie night. The large flatscreen TV has cable and a DVD player, plus there’s free WiFi for streaming and another TV with DVD player upstairs.



Whip up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, then gather in the dining area or out on the peaceful deck to dine surrounded by towering pines. Fire up the gas grill for a summer BBQ, and take advantage of the private washer/dryer and extra fridge for added convenience.

BBQ Grill Policy:

The BBQ grill is available for guest use; however, propane is not provided or guaranteed. Guests must bring their own propane tank if they plan to use the grill. Propane tanks can be filled locally at Shaver Lake Hardware. No refunds or discounts will be issued due to lack of propane.



The Neighborhood:

Tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the Sierra Cedars Subdivision, this cabin offers the perfect mix of seclusion and adventure. Enjoy sledding right outside or take a scenic 21-mile drive to China Peak Mountain Resort for skiing and snowboarding. In the summer, the area transforms into a hub for hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, boating, fishing, and more.

No air conditioning is available in this home.



Street parking only – maximum of 2 vehicles.



Up to 2 dogs are welcome with prior approval; no other pets allowed without explicit permission from host.



4WD or traction devices may be required in winter months due to snow conditions.



Parking: Free street parking is available for two vehicles.



Entry Instructions:

This home features a smart lock system. You’ll receive a unique access code prior to your stay, which is changed after each guest for added security.
