First let me say that this was a beautiful place to stay. The house was clean and peaceful inside with modern appliances and plenty of living space. The reason I am only giving it a 3 is this... their vrbo description says "fully fenced backyard" which is one of the reasons we chose this particular house! However, multiple panels are missing and the gate doesn't stay shut, so we could not let our kids go out by themselves. In addition, the yard was overgrown and had random trash piled on one side. One night we were awakened by a loud crash; one of the upstairs windows had fallen in, at which time we discovered there was no screen...very unsafe and unsettling and I am glad our kids were not in this room! Side note, they do not have any washcloths or a plug for the tub, and minimal cooking items so make sure you check before you grocery shop for the week. So, overall decent place for folks with no kids or pets they would want the promised fenced yard for. It was worth what we paid.

Property was mostly as listed. Back yard was not usable due to high grass, dead bird and fallen fence. Also there was confusion with check out times from initial listing to on site guide book. There is a musty smell that doesn’t go away. However, The house is neat and clean inside. We weren’t there very much so it was fine for a short term stay.
