RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Security cameras cover entrances to the property, there are no security devices inside the property or in private backspace.
**Pool heating is optional for $150 per day.
**The Minimum age for the registered guest is 25. **Maximum occupancy is 8. NO parties or events.
**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**For rentals of 28-nights or longer, 21 nights in May - October, the registered guest is responsible for gas and electricity based on meter readings at arrival and departure. A utility deposit will be collected at the time of booking and will be applied toward actual usage. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you, however you are responsible for any overages.
**The City of Palm Springs requires the signing of a rental contract and Rules & Regulations form, and the upload of Valid ID.
