Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Put the key back in the lockbox inside the mail box.
Put all dirty linens next to the washing machine.
Turn all Heat down to 65 in the winter AC to 78 in the summer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
