Lots of room and attention to detail on necessities, especially for cooking. I’ll definitely try to stay here again when I’m in the area for work and I’ll recommend it to others as well. Communication was easy as well.

House was good, but would of liked to have a kitchen table to eat at, and a sofa, to go along with the love seat. A coffee table to have a place to set drinks on while watching TV.Beds were comfortable, kitchen needed some basic spices.

I invested in Ponca City to help those in the community. I like finding smaller towns to bring upgraded places to live for a reasonable rate. And give jobs to the local people and also provide comfortable short term rentals for out of town workers.

This is a unique property because it is a down town but quiet spacious duplex that has beds that could sleep up to 7.
