Centrally located between Brownwood Paddock and Lake Sumter Landing, you are minutes away from restaurants and shopping.

Enjoy Florida living at its finest with a spacious covered lanai featuring an outdoor kitchen with grill—perfect for relaxing evenings under the stars. Inside, the open-concept design includes a gourmet kitchen with a separate dining nook and an oversized breakfast bar, ideal for both casual meals and lively conversations.

The elegant master suite is a true escape, complete with ceiling fan, dual walk-in closets, a whirlpool soaking tub, and a Roman-style walk-in shower. The split floor plan ensures privacy for all guests. The front bedroom is roomy and comfortable, with great morning light and includes a cozy sitting area. The third bedroom is set up as a custom office with a queen-size Murphy bed, perfect for remote work or accommodating extra guests.

Additional Information:

* This home is offered as a monthly rental in March and April. For your convenience, the minimum required stay during this period is 25 days per calendar month. The VRBO application may allow you to navigate around this rule. Please note that reservations that fail to comply will be rejected.

* The use of a golf cart is included with the lease of the home. An addendum to the lease is required to be reviewed, understood and signed by each cart driver before access is granted.

* The Villages Guest Passes are available upon request. Details on the required data are documented in the Lease Agreement.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

If you utilized the entertainment streaming services, please remember to logout of your personal accounts.
Return all keys and gate passes to their original location. Golf cart key should be returned to the lockbox. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed with how spotless and well maintained everything was …truly one of the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. The space itself is incredibly roomy, which made it perfect for our family to spread out and feel comfortable, while still being able to enjoy time together in the common areas.The location couldn’t have been better. The home is set in a premiere neighborhood, which felt safe, quiet, and upscale, yet still conveniently close to everything we needed. It really struck the perfect balance between comfort and accessibility.Our host was fantastic, responsive, professional, and so easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and we felt completely taken care of from start to finish.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s ideal for families or anyone looking for a spacious, spotless, and well-located place to stay. We would absolutely come back again and highly recommend it to others!
