The unit is was very nice and we had a good stay. Lication was perfect. We never used the pool or the gym but we did have access to both. The up front communication could have been better. We weren’t provided access info until after our flight landed which was well past the allowed check in time, and we had to meet up in person with someone to get the keys. A little unusual. But once we got past that we had a nice stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The house feels bright and airy the moment you walk in, with plenty of space to relax. The location couldn’t be better—close to everything but still peaceful. Our favorite spot was the lovely deck overlooking the zen garden; such a perfect place for morning coffee. The swimming pool was fantastic, and we really enjoyed the outdoor seating areas with the fire pits and the ping pong table. The gym was excellent, with great, new equipment that made workouts easy to keep up with. The kitchen was very well equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. Communication with the host was excellent as well—responses were immediate and very helpful. Highly recommend!

The condo Corp does not allow VRBO renters to have access to pool and Gym areas.The host should not include this in their listing The host was not honest about this, and I told her I wanted a refund

Die Anlage an sich ist so wie beschrieben und modern, mit Pool und Fitnessbereich.Leider wurde unser Aufenthalt jedoch stark durch die mangelnde Sauberkeit der Wohnung beeinträchtigt wie Küche überall verdreckt, schränke, Kaffeemaschine usw. Flecken und Haare auf Sofa und Matratzen, dreckiger Boden usw. Wir haben und somit nicht wohl gefühlt und sind früher abgereist Erneute Reinigung wurde veranlasst, aber es war nichts besser, außer dass ohne Ankündigung jmd. in der Wohnung war, als wir nicht da waren und unsere Wertsachen dort lagen. Stattdessen waren alle Türen offen als wir in die Wohnung kamen.Die Kommunikation war grundsätzlich vorhanden, jedoch wurde keine Lösung direkt mit dem Vermieter gefunden. Check-in mussten wir selbst durchführen und man muss erst zu einer anderem Ort fahren, um die Schlüssel zu holen. Direkt an einer Hauptstraße wo man nicht parken kann. Wir hatten das komplette Gepäck im Auto und mussten in einer Seitenstraße parken und dorthin laufen. Da es schon dunkel war, war uns auch nicht wohl dabei, das Gepäck im Auto zurückzulassen. Aber wir hatten keine andere Wahl.Preis/Leistung steht nicht in Relation.
