Kick back and relax in our clean, comfortable, and convenient beach side condo with water views. Gulf Village is a low density, family friendly complex on West Beach Blvd. First floor unit is up one flight of stairs. You are literally steps away from the beach and pool.

Unwind after a day of sun or enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious deck with water view. Beds include one queen and two twins. We have a 42' wall mounted TV when you need to escape from the sun. New pier on the lagoon owned by the complex is perfect for those who want to fish or just relax away from the beach.

We are only 1.2 miles down West Beach Blvd from the popular attractions including the Hang Out and Pink Pony. Take a short walk to Bahama Bob's for laid back beach food. Across the street is a second complex pool. Outdoor grills are available for your use. Or dine on local seafood purchased at one of the many nearby shops. The kitchen has everything you will need. Need a break from the beach? The kids will love the nearby water park or miniature golf. Internet access is provided for your convenience. We do request a 3 night minimum stay. We hope you enjoy Gulf Shores as much as we do!

Great stay mid July. The location is great and is just a short walk to the beach from your door. The condo was clean and nice. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive. It was perfect size for myself and my two kids. Overall, a great stay and a really nice location.

The room was nice and roomy. Outside the door was a nice covered patio area and it was just steps away from the beach. The owner was very nice and kept in touch. Very comfortable way to to spend your vacation. Definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful time.

Janice was amazing to work with and kept in touch with us without being bothersome. First impression of the location wasn’t what I wanted, but after a day I realized it was perfect. We could see and hear the ocean and it was a few short steps away. Loved the beach chairs and umbrella service available on the beach.

This condo while in an older building has been updated and was a wonderful location for my family. Loved the deck being on the outside before going in the room so all the sand could stay outside! Also loved the room porch and swing. The owners were wonderful to work with and the experience couldn't have been better. I would stay here again.

Family Vacation

This was a last minute, first trip to Gulf Shores. We enjoyed every minute of it! The beach was just a few steps from the condo. Gulf Village was an older resort but nice. The owner, Janice was absolutely wonderful to work with. We have no complaints and will definitely be back. definitely be back.

Great location!! Very clean and had everything to accommodate us and our two girls. There was a problem with the hot water but contacted owner and they were quick to resolve problem very apologetic. Looking forward to revisiting this site for future family vacations!
