Let me introduce myself, I'm Yvonne and I grew up in Kenai, Alaska....just 1/2 mile up the road from this property and spent alot of time here on this property as it was my Grandfather's home.

Why they chose this property
My family has lived in the area since the 1960's. It is a secluded, quiet, and peaceful place yet not far from the twin cities, Kenai and Soldotna.
What makes this property unique
We are located on almot 1 acre of land that has a house, bunkhouse, cabin apartment, and a lower apartment. We are surrounded by beautiful pine and birch trees, as well as a plethora of raspberry bushes that are ready to pick from late July through mid September.
