The space was okay but the floor in our bedroom was kinda dirty. There was a cockroach in the shower that night. If the place was clean it would’ve been a good stay. The space was good the location was good to get around.

The people who were in my place the night before were messy. However, i cleaned the room, disinfected all surfaces and mopped the floors well and the bathroom was clenaed thoroughly. I don't know what you saw but trust me i have never seen a cockroach in any site in my apartment let alone inside the bathroom and no one has complained of seeing a cockroach before. You were 4 people who rented my unit but you told me some friends will come and change themselves to prepare for wedding which i allowed. I doubt the dead animal was there prior to you coming. I am sorry you had that experience. Prospective guests, i always try to keep my place tidy and your good experience at my place is paramount to me. I always try to improve the place and keep it tidy for everyone.

This neighborhood is serene, has good hospitals, Weslyan University is only 5 minute walk away. There are various restaurants few minutes walk away. Several parks and lakes in the area

The rental space comprises of a spacious 3 bedrooms, a living room, massive kitchen with dining area. Each bedroom has a queen size bed with massive dressing mirror. The living room has nice and new couches, 50 inch smart TV. The kitchen has utensils, cutlery and everything you will need to enjoy your meal or make your own food. The dining area a massive table which can contain the whole family. The bathroom is always clean and smell good. The space cap is 6 guests making it ideal for the entire family. Come enjoy your stay here which is a peaceful home away from home.
