This was practically a brand new home in a great area. It was very affordable and spacious for our family of five to come and visit family for a few days. It could have used a few more places to sit in the living area, but otherwise everything was great. We had issues with the code upon check-in, but we were able to contact someone very quickly for help. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was just perfect for my family and my 91 yr old oarents. Having the master bedroom on bottom floor made it perfect. Being there for a college graduation it was a great location not in the midst of Fayetteville or Bentenville traffic. Good restaurants near by.

Really glad to hear the home worked well for your family, especially having the master bedroom on the ground floor for your parents. It’s great that the location was convenient for the college graduation while still being away from the busier traffic areas, and that you were able to enjoy nearby restaurants. We truly appreciate you sharing your experience and are happy the stay suited your needs.

Very nice place but needs a king or queen bed in another bedroom and lacks enough seating in the living room. Also TV’s need to be added to the bedrooms. Only one tv in the whole unit. Stocked very well with bedding and kitchen supplies .
