Oasis 1100 ft back house on private street with private outdoor deck
Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 2-bedroom home in sun valley.The home feature amenities like WiFi, central air conditioning and heating, we have stocked the house with all the amenities to help you feel right at home.The attached outdoor patio is perfect for any time of day.. this is a rural oasis with wildlife present most times of the day.. red tail hawks owls ravens and coyotes and an-occasional bobcat add to the experience. If you enjoy hiking there is a private trail head in our yard and if your up to pickleball we have a private home court . We have off street parking and are close to Pasadena burbank Glendale and Hollywood we get guests who work at JPL and traveling nurse .. we rent by the month.
