Discover this 3-bedroom (4 beds)/2 full bath gem in Kingsland. This beautiful house features 1 king bed and 3 queen beds, perfect for a family or group of friends. With amenities like a washing machine/dryer, WiFi, Roku TVs, desk area, outdoor games, kayaking, amenities for kids, AC, and a cozy heating system, guests will feel right at home. The first bedroom has a king bed, Roku TV, and full bath (shower only). The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has 2 queen beds, Roku TV, and a desk area. The open floor plan gives you access to the living room, dining area, and kitchen all in one area. There is a laundry room as well. The outdoor patio area has a ping pong table that doubles as an outdoor eating area, yard games, and seating. Walking down to the water you will find a fire pit with seating to roast marshmallows and make s'mores! Two kayaks are provided, along with two layout chairs by the water. You will have a private space by the water to use. You can also check out a local spot down the road called "The Slab". It is a great place to hangout & enjoy the day! Experience what Kingsland has to offer with a stay at our relaxing lake house.

My girl friends and I took a relaxing weekend trip to Kylie’s home and we absolutely adored it! The floor-to-ceiling windows showed the most beautiful view of the lake and sunset. The house was very modern, clean and put together. The kitchen drawers, shelves, rooms and storage areas were stocked up with everything we needed, such as dishes/utensils, food seasoning, beach towels, board games, cleaning supplies, etc. Kylie was very accommodating and communicated quickly and kindly with me. Will definitely be recommending this place to friends and hope to visit again soon!

We love hosting families so that others can enjoy our beautiful lake house as well. We want each guest to create their own great memories at the lake!

We chose this neighborhood because it is quiet and relaxing. We have our own area to sit by the lake and shallow waters to kayak and swim.
