The Space:

The private studio has one queen bed, a kitchenette with stovetop, full-size refrigerator, microwave, kettle and coffee maker, a full bathroom, workspace and TV. It sleeps a maximum of two. A window A/C cools the studio; central heat is controlled elsewhere in the building. The shower ceiling slopes and can feel low for guests over about 6 ft 2 in. The studio interior is private, while exterior paths and rear parking are shared with the other units.



Guest Access:

Self check-in uses a physical key in the lockbox beside the Unit 1 door. The secure guest portal provides the current combination and exact route. One assigned off-street parking space is included. Unit 1 has no in-unit laundry.



The Neighborhood:

The property is about one mile from Multnomah Village's shops, cafes and restaurants. It sits on SW Capitol Highway in an urban residential area rather than a secluded woodland setting. Driving, rideshare, or bus is often more comfortable than walking the arterial route.



Getting Around:

TriMet service runs along Capitol Highway. Multnomah Village is about one mile away, downtown Portland is a short drive outside peak traffic, and rideshare is available. Guests who walk or bike should expect hills and an urban arterial route.



Other Things to Note:

This is an urban residential three-unit property on SW Capitol Highway, not a secluded forest cabin. Expect ordinary road and neighboring-unit noise. Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. Smoking is prohibited indoors. The window A/C must remain at 67°F or higher.
