2-bed kid friendly condo Hilton Head Island with WiFi, AC, Tennis, 2 Pools
This 2-bedroom condo is our families beach escape, and we hope it is the perfect escape for you too. Please note the washer and dryer is not in unit but is on site. There are steps to the Condo.
With a king bed, and a full bed-twin bed bunk. 65" Smart TV in the living room that is also equipped with Roku and a 55" Roku TV in the main bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped for anyone looking to cook family meals. We have a coffee station with Smeg drip coffee machine, Le Creuset French press and a moka pot also. We have a selection of board games available for lazy evenings indoors.
There is Tennis, Pickleball, 2 pools on site.
Tennis rackets and balls, pickle paddles, Yoga mats, Golf clubs, beach equipment and beach bag.
Graco pack n play travel crib, Dohm sound machine, twinkle star night light, Highchair, baby bath and baby/toddler plates, bowls and utensils.
Walk or cycle to the beach, adventure playground and a huge selection of bars and restaurants.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
1. Please ensure AC is set to auto 72
2. Please hang any dirty towels in the bathrooms instead of leaving in the tub
3. No need to strip the beds.
4. Please ensure blinds by front door are closed
5. Please empty the fridge of food and dump garbage as you leave.
6. If you have dirty dishes please just start the dishwasher, this is very helpful for getting the place ready for our next guests.
7. Please ensure parking passes are returned to the coat hooks at the front door. There is a $25 fee for lost/misplaced parking passes.
