Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please return all wristbands - there are six provided for your convenience. There will be a $60 charge for each wristband that is not returned (condo charges a fee for replacement wristbands)
There is a copy of checkout instructions on the fridge for your convenience
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Balcony climbing or tossing ANY object from the balcony is strictly prohibited; follow all condo rules and guidelines
1 parking pass is included, it must displayed as instructed on the vehicle to avoid towing at vehicle owner's expense; 1 more pass can be purchased
Wristbands must be worn on the wrist at all times in the pool and amenity areas
