Check in was super easy for our stay, we felt super safe and comfortable. Neysa provided everything we could need and more. The kitchen and bed and bath were fully equipped. Our stay was during the new year holiday but Neysa still communicated with us and was available from before check in to checkout which made things super easy. We had a great time and highly recommend!!

Beautiful interior in a very convenient location about a block from a subway station. Host was very responsive and answered any questions we had. Also a first floor location so didn’t need to haul luggage up multiple flights of stairs. Would definitely stay here again.

I rented this unit for a weekend stay in Brooklyn with two friends and really enjoyed it. The unit was beautifully decorated, well-appointed, clean, and spacious. There were also helpful amenities, like coffee and cream, that aren’t usually available in short-term rentals. Additionally, the host was amazing, gracious, and communicative, which was extremely helpful when there was a complication with our booking date. I highly recommend a stay here.

A great experience!

I stayed here with some friends over the weekend and I would highly recommend it. Neysa was great with communication, making our stay very easy. The interior of the space is beautiful, with a lot of helpful items added. The surrounding area has several stores and restaurants within walking distance, it is also very close to the train and Citi bike stations. We will definitely stay again in the future!

An amazing stay in the heart of Bushwick. This property is a gem of a find! The pictures don’t do it justice and our host was super attentive throughout our stay. From the extra play pen and sound machines for our baby to the stunning furniture, appliances, and lighting fixtures we were blown away by the space. Location is right off broadway and close anything you need to access in NYC. Would recommend this listing to any and everyone visiting the Big Apple.

The host was very responsive, quickly answering our questions. The apartment is nicely decorated and comfortable. The proximity to a subway is very good, a block or 2 away. The negative about it being so close to a subway is you can hear trains inside the apartment, but they stop during the night. The apartment is on the first floor, and we could hear second floor neighbors walking and playing music. We were able to find parking spots at any time. Overall, we had a comfortable stay, and considering this is NYC, this apartment is great.

This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in the NYC/Brooklyn area! I have so many great things to say. First, Neysa is a fantastic host. Attentive and thoughtful. The apartment is spotless and brand new. The kitchen looks like a kitchen in a showroom- so pretty and fancy. The linens are luxurious. The bed and the futon are so comfortable. Being on the 1st floor felt like a gift when hauling luggage. There are motion sensor lights when you come into the building, which were so reassuring when we arrived late. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. There is a convenience store on the corner, which was helpful since my daughter forgot her toothbrush. And it was super close to the subway stop. This place is a high-end gem in Bushwick! Highly recommend!
