This house is stunning! We have stayed at this property 3 times now and it doesn’t disappoint. The view from the bed in the master suite is beyond words. Waking up to the ocean every morning is perfect!

The location is great, The beach views were great. When you purchase a stay at a "luxury' house, that is what you expect. We rented this house with 2 other couples for vacation this year. Each of us paid a lot for this house. Communication was not good on the host end prior to arrival. I asked a question approximately 2 weeks prior to our stay and never received a response. I received a phone call 1 hour prior to our check in time of 4pm stating that there was an issue with the upstairs Air conditioner and it could not be fixed until the following day. The host offered to try and find us another house but stated it would not be as nice as this one. We wanted BEACH front and an entire house, no condos. She could not find anything available or comparable to the house we had already paid for. We decided to go to the house and see what we thought. The host ended up getting someone to come fix the A/C that evening. Upon arrival we noticed stains on most the furniture, hair in the freezer, and the water fountains for the pool did not work. We made the host aware and she said ok, we know you did not do those things. It is the end of summer and everything will be changed out this fall. When paying the amount of money we did, everything should have been clean, not stained and in working order. Things do happen and we understand that, but according to the pool cleaner, the pool fountains had been broken for months. I will only book with private owners from now on.

There was a missing blind and luxury finally sent a man on thursday( I had emailed on Sunday and he said it was our job to fix it. It was 11 feet in the air and we didn't have a ladder and we didn't take down the blind, we also had a blind that didn't work and he said we were supposed to charge the 11 tall blind but we had no idea they were rechargeable. He was bizarre.
