The host is very nice over the phone but apparently hands-off. There were no linens in the kitchen or the bathrooms. Only swim towels. The beds were not made up and some dishes had been put away dirty. Two kitchen chairs are a little dangerous to sit in. One broke under our 11-year-old. The owner needs to get in there.
