Inside, you'll find a queen-size bed, a comfortable couch, and cable TV, providing all the comforts of home while surrounded by nature. After a day of exploring, indulge in the large jacuzzi tub, the perfect way to unwind and enjoy the quiet beauty of the area. The fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, microwave, and small refrigerator, makes it easy to prepare meals and snacks during your stay.

Please note: All cabins are equipped with Wi-Fi. This is a non-smoking unit. With a small fee, a maximum of two pets are allowed, and guests must agree to our pet policy prior to arrival. Minimum booking age is 18.

Located just off the scenic Parkway, these cabins are ideal for a peaceful mountain retreat or romantic getaway.

Nestled on 21 acres of wooded, rolling hills, Lonesome Pine Cabins offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. Just minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and I-77, it's the perfect home base for exploring scenic drives, hiking trails, local music venues, and charming wineries and antique shops in nearby towns like Galax, Floyd, and Independence. We are located about 10 minutes off of I-77!

Our mountain properties are nestled in the woods, which means you're truly immersed in nature, it's part of the charm! That said, while we take every measure to keep our properties clean and comfortable, you may occasionally see a bug or critter during your stay along with other wild life including bears and deer. This is completely normal for a forested environment and part of the rustic experience. We recommend keeping doors closed and food sealed to help minimize visits from curious insects. If you're especially sensitive to nature's little visitors, feel free to pack some bug spray for added peace of mind!
