Luxurious Designer Remodel just completed available for the 1st time. Just minutes to the strip, downtown, the Arts District and Summerlin its the perfect Las Vegas Location. The home is finished with high end furnishings, linens and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare any meal. The outdoor pool area features a cabana for dining, BBQ and indoor outdoor serving bar. Every Bedroom features a 55" Smart TV and there is a 65" Smart TV and Stereo system in the Great Room. When only the best will do, this is the home for you. The minimum rental period is 30 nights as required by City regulations. There is a Level 2 rapid charger mounted in the garage available for your use and the power is supplied by solar panels.
