Shipyard Condominiums are located in the Truman Annex Complex which is located 2 blocks from Duval Street and all of the Old Town Key West attractions. The properties are also located ¼ mile from one of the best beaches on the island. The Shipyard units are single level condominiums which have private courtyards on the first level. All properties are outfitted with washer/dryer, pots; pans, towels linens, have central air conditioning, off street parking and pool access. This property is a garden level condo and has recently been refreshed! New additions include all new flat screen TVS, linens, and housewares *Pets may be considered with 28 + day stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condominium was wonderful. It was only 2 of us so we didn’t need much room. We would have liked an indoor dining/kitchen table, but there was one on the back patio. We couldn’t use that table during the 2 days of pouring rain. The amount of ice available was fantastic. Kitchen appliances were easy to use in great operating conditions. We had a little problem getting in the front door but the cleaning woman was still around to help. We had no other problems with the front door code entry. The condo is in a great location and allowed to walk to and back from most activities in Key West.

Great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our original property had an issue with the air conditioning upon arriving. However, we were moved to this location very quickly on our first day. Stacy was fast in addressing the issue. We were completely satisfied in the entire trip- location, cleanliness, and service. Thank you!
