Ocean view 6 floor 1 bedroom studio in this hi-end complex boasts 6 pools, hot tub, lap pool. Large pool and exercise area on the 28th floor overlooking Banderas Bay. Close to the airport, grocery shopping, restaurants plus only a short walk to Puerto Vallarta's famous Malecon. Fully equipped kitchen, A/C, 65 inch smart TV, washer/dryer, double recliner sofa, on demand hot water system plus a 5 stage filtration drinking water system. No lugging bottled water. 11 foot patio overlooking the beach.
The space
Kitchen has a 2 burner hot plate, toaster oven, crockpot, coffee maker. 5 stage filtered water for drinking or cooking. Condo has the latest on demand hot water system, no hot water tank. Air conditioner. If you use the Washer/Dryer, an operating manual is in the drawer under the TV. Please shut off the A/C when leaving the condo as electricity is expense in Puerto Vallarta. The A/C will reduced the heat by 2 degrees within 15 minutes so you will always be comfortable. I hope this helps with some of the functions in the condo. Just call me if you do have any questions.
