*Pool Heat is an additional charge per night. This heat is what heats both the pool and hot tub. All nights rented must get heat if you decide on this add on. Due to noise and neighborhood, the heater will be set to run from 8am to 10pm. If temperatures outside get under 65 degrees, the pool heater will take 5x longer to heat. We hope for warm weather, but cannot predict what it will be like during your stay. Sorry, no refunds for cold weather. We will have the heater turned on prior to your stay if you do choose to get this add on. The cost is $60/day + tax. If you decide to purchase the pool heat while you are already in the property the cost is $100/day + tax.



**This rental is pet friendly but that is limited to 2 pets per stay. We reserve the right to question breed and size, as well as charge a penalty if a mess is left.
