Gorgeous View and accommodations!

We were here for almost two weeks. The place is just lovely: great view, beautiful condo with two bedrooms and two baths. The place was updated and very clean. They provided 2 beach chairs and two sets of goggles and one set of face mask/ snorkel and flippers and towels. Read the guest book for recommendations. And download the app Revealed ( Kauai version) for more recommendations.* The only thing you need to be aware of is it is three flights of stairs to get up to the condo, which is how you get the gorgeous view from the balcony. But it’s tough getting luggage up there!! We would definitely go back!! It’s walking distance to Poipu Beach to see the green sea turtles, monk seals and swim. The pool is large enough to swim laps and having a washer and dryer combo is convenient for sure.

Beautiful view! Close to beaches, lots of amenities, well stocked kitchen. Very nicely decorated. Clear instructions and labels on light switches. We loved the lanai and the grounds were beautiful and well taken care of. We'd stay there again!

Perfect in Every Way!!

What an ideal condo, resort, location and view!!! Easy stroll to Poipu Beach through gorgeous garden path! Resort pool divine! Clean and completely appointed with even beach towels, beach chairs and water bottles!!! One of the most comfortable king beds ever!!! Great central location especially to incredible restaurants!! Safe, well-lit resort with manicured, beautiful grounds! Truly a wonderful week in Kauai and would stay there again in a heartbeat!! Be aware the hike upstairs to the penthouse is not for anyone with issues with heart or disabilities! We were fine but there are definitely steps!! And please change your listing to include the lovely second bedroom! The condo is actually 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths!!! I almost didn’t book bc we thought we had more family going but since they couldn’t I did book it but we could have easily had plenty of room for them but listing needs to reflect the bedrooms and beds! Thank you for all of the care and for making this our perfect place in Kauai paradise!!!

Amazing Quiet Property

We really enjoyed our stay! It was very clean and the property was quiet. Parking was easy and we could walk to the beach. We were grateful for the beach chairs and umbrellas. It was not a problem for us at all, but there are three flights of stairs if that is something you need to consider. We will hopefully be back and will certainly stay there again.

This place was perfect. Plenty of space, clean, beautiful grounds, and most notably the LOCATION! Literally one block away from the beach. We loved how close we were to everything while still enjoying a quiet, private experience. Barbara at Coastline Cottages was easy to work with, even approving our request for late check out. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, boogie boards and snorkel gear that we used throughout our stay. Truly a wonderful place to stay, could not recommend enough.

We have stayed in this unit several times over the past and have enjoy the location. It is a well maintained property and close to Brennecke and Poipu beach. We also appreciated the addition of the A/C units eventho we did not need to use them very often.

Beautiful place !

This place, 522, was so organized, clean and comfortable. Very nice location with easy access to beaches. Ample parking, plenty of supplies in kitchen for blender, pots/pans, etc. As someone mentioned, no salt/pepper, oil, etc - so pick some up. But just wonderful, quiet place to stay and sit on the deck and watch the waves and the sunset. Will definitely want to stay here again!

Best time for decompressing !

Our stay at this condo was relaxing and exactly what I needed - I had to postpone my arrival due to a pet emergency but my husband picked me up at the airport and as soon as I arrived at Poipu I started to decompress. The condo is large and airy - very comforable and I loved the decorations. The bed was super comfy and it was quiet. Perfectly located in that we were just a few minutes walk from a great beach and the views from the deck were wonderful. I plan to definitely come back !

Beautiful Condo in Best Poipu Location

Found the condo and its beautiful property to be in the best beachside location. The unit was very well equipped for cooking & leisure activities. Spotless & well furnished for comfort. Multiple ceiling fans kept the place comfortable plus the AC was appreciated for hotter days. The pool is sparkling and faces the ocean. Overall an excellent accommodation. Note. Being a penthouse, there are stairs to climb; no elevator.

Unit is very nice. You can sit on back deck and see ocean and Poipu point, surfers in the background. Very short walk to Brennecke's Beach, which is great for bodysurfing, and Poipu Beach Park. Also very short drive to beautiful Shipwrecks Beach. Place was clean, remodeled with very nice appointments. Has an unexpected 2nd bdrm with 2 double sized beds and own bathroom. Full kitchen well stocked. Beach umbrella and chairs. Overall, perfect for celebrsting my wife's 50th.

Perfect vacation

Updated and beautiful penthouse. No complaint with check-in process like other reviews. Two bedroom, two bath. Loved having the washer and dryer. Lanai overlooked the ocean. Pool was clean and heated. For those that intend to cook most of your meals like we did, you will need to buy everything. We were surprised to not have any items such as oil or salt and pepper. Very minor detail. We would stay here again without hesitation.
