Home double booked

We arrived and the house had guests in it. We had to scramble to find another place. The host of the home never responded or even apologized. They booked someone outside of the app and didn’t turn off the dates on Vrbo. Very disappointed in the whole process and lack of care.

This is false information you are providing on this platfrom. I would love to know where you dsreceived this information. I never recieved a notification stating it was booked. and I did in fact send you a message apologizing. The issue was fixed once I was made aware of the situration. In the future, I suggest you make sure to speak to the property owner or reprasentive of the property to ensure we received the booking information. Once again, I apologize for what you and your family experienced. I have been renting my property for 13 years and have never had any problems.
