WILDLIFE WARNING
Broken Bow is a wonderful location for nature enthusiasts who enjoy watching wildlife from afar, though it may not be ideal for everyone.
Ladybugs are delightful seasonal visitors to this home, typically appearing in larger numbers during October and November, adding a touch of nature’s charm. Their natural predator, the wasp, may also be present during this time — a normal part of the ecosystem’s balance.
While measures are taken to mitigate the presence of these insects as much as possible, guests should understand that this home is surrounded by nature, and occasional visits from local wildlife are to be expected.
ACCESSIBILITY
This home contains features that may be difficult for mobility-challenged guests, including climbing stairs to access the front door and navigate the property.
SAFETY
The home is accessed by a gravel road that can be steep and uneven in some areas and may cause added wear on tires. We strongly recommend arriving in a 4WD or higher-clearance vehicle to avoid difficulty on the road.
Please note that the property is nestled in a peaceful, wooded area, accessed by a rural road. While the drive adds to the seclusion and charm of the location, we recommend proceeding carefully and aiming for a 4 PM arrival to avoid having to drive in the dark.
NO PETS
This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.
HOUSE RULES
Strictly no parties and events.
