Es un lugar muy privado, seguro, la residencial cuenta con 23 casas, todos somos duenos tiene una sola entrada controlada por camara de vigilancia y tiene su porton privado que se mantiene cerrado, cada casa tiene su propio control para abrir y cerrar, en frente hay un centro comercial que hay casi de todo incluso una clinica, farmacia etc. y a menos de 5 minutos camina a pie esta un supermercado, a 3 minutos esta una gazolinera, como espacio de diversion se encuentra el rio de 3 posas, playa del Peru, playa los maestro etc.
